1. What are your care instructions?
For our performance fabric sheets and duvet covers: To wash, simply use cold water and choose a regular cycle with no bleach or fabric softener and no fabric dryer sheets. Tumble dry on low, and don't worry about having to iron – SHEEX are wrinkle-resistant! SHEEX wash and dry wonderfully and also hold up well against fading and shrinking. We recommend that you zip the duvet cover closed before drying.
For our performance cotton sheets: Wash before use. Machine wash warm with like colors. Use only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Warm iron when needed.
For our comforters: Dry clean only.
2. Will SHEEX fit my extra-deep or pillowtop mattress?
Our original performance fabric sheets feature four-way stretch capabilities and are guaranteed to fit extra-deep and pillowtop mattresses. Our fitted sheet features ultra-strong elastic around the bottom to fit snugly around your mattress without popping off. It's the best-fitting sheet you can find anywhere.
Our performance cotton sheets feature a generously deep pocket and fit mattresses up to 18 inches deep.
3. Can I buy two Twin fitted sheets, one King flat sheet, and two King pillowcases?
Yes! We offer a special product we call a "Custom King" set that features this exact configuration. This product is available in our original performance fabric.
4. Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship within the United States, U.S. protectorates, APO/FPO addresses, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. We are in the process of expanding our international shipping capabilities. Please check back on our website periodically for updates.
5. Will SHEEX carry additional products?
We proudly offer a full range of complimentary products that work together to regulate body temperature and improve sleep. Additional products in the SHEEX family include duvet covers, pillows, comforters, mattress toppers and fleece sheets. Our performance-fabric sleepwear and loungewear is available in men's and women's styles.
6. Where can I go out and buy SHEEX?
SHEEX can be found at Bed Bath & Beyond stores nationwide, as well as Brookstone and Select Comfort. Our Nautical products are available at select West Marine stores – please contact us for a list of locations.
7. Are pillowcases included in my SHEEX sheet set?
Full and Queen sets include two standard pillowcases. King, Cal King and Custom King sets include two King pillowcasses. All sets (with the exception of Custom King – click here for details) also include one fitted sheet (also known as a bottom sheet) and one flat sheet (also known as a top sheet).
In our Nautical Collection, Bunk and Bunk XL sets come with one standard pillowcase; Double/Queen, Forward/Hex, V and V XL sets come with two standard pillowcases; King comes with two King pillowcases.
8. What is the thread count of SHEEX sheets?
Because of the unique circular-knit microfiber technology used in our original performance fabric SHEEX, the concept of thread count does not apply like it does with traditional cotton sheets. We do, however, offer a line of unique performance cotton sheets made of luxurious, 600-thread-count Egyptian cotton.
